By accessing or using Tradesman (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tradesman is a business management tool designed to help tradespeople create quotes, invoices, and manage job records. The Service is currently provided in beta and is free to use.
3. Beta Disclaimer
The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or feature availability during this period.
4. Accuracy of Documents
Tradesman assists in generating quotes and invoices based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all documents before sending them to your clients. Tradesman does not guarantee the accuracy of any figures, line items, pricing, or VAT calculations generated through the Service. Always verify your documents before use.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tradesman and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in quotes or invoices, loss of business, loss of revenue, or client disputes arising from documents generated through the Service.
6. No Financial or Legal Advice
Tradesman is a productivity tool only. Nothing generated by the Service constitutes financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for ensuring your quotes and invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
7. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, however we cannot guarantee absolute security during the beta period.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
